Energy Meter
Energy meter is continuously running at site. So it is not possible to uninstall from the position for calibration. So only possible way is, to calibrate with live connections. Since energy meter is continuously running, direct energy comparison will not be accurate; because we can’t get a specific reading at an instant of time from the meter. So we introduce advanced technology with optical pulse reading method with 0.05% of accuracy. We are capable to do it offline also.

Pressure
We are accredited for pneumatic & hydraulic Pressure calibration. We are using very good stable pressure pumps and high accurate digital test gauges for calibration. We are accredited up to 20 bar for pneumatic pressure calibration and up to 700 bar for hydraulic pressure calibration. We perform onsite and lab calibration as per customer convenience. Also we are experience in the setting of Pressure Safety Valves.

Electrical
We are accredited for electrical measuring instrument’s calibration. We are accredited for AC Voltage, DC Voltage, AC Current, DC Current, Capacitance, Resistance & Frequency. We doing the instruments like Multimeter, Clamp Multimeter, Current Clamp Probe, Low Resistance Meter, Earth Resistance Meter, Installation Tester, PAT Tester, Electrical Load Units, Current Transformer, Circuit Breaker Analyzer, Reactance Module, LCR Meter, Transformer Turns Ration Meter, Transformer Winding Resistance Meter, CT Analyzer, Power Quality Analyzer etc

High Voltage
We are capable to do high voltage calibration up to 200 kV. We can perform AC Hipot, DC Hipot, VLF hipot, Holiday Detector & HV Probe calibration onsite and inside our premises based on customer’s convenience.

Temperature
We can accredited for temperature chamber calibration. Our calibration range is -20°C to 200°C. Our scope includes Freezer, Chiller, Oven, Prover, Hot cabinet, Cold cabinet, Dish washer, Glass washer etc. We calibrate all kinds of probe thermometers using Dry block calibrator. Also we perform the calibration of Infrared thermometers & Thermal imagers using Black body calibrator.

Weighing
We are accredited for weighing scale calibration. We can perform weighing scale error adjustment based on manufacturer’s procedure. We can do Analytical balance, Precision balance, Weighing scale, Hanging scale, Platform scale etc.

Dimension
We are capable to calibrate different types of dimensional instruments like Vernier caliper, Outside Micrometer, Inside Micrometer, Depth Caliper, Dial Indicator, Lever Dial Indicator, Plunger Dial Gauge, Height Gauge, Steel ruler, Measuring tape, Bridge Cam Gauge, Taper Gauge, Hi Lo Gauge, Weld Fillet Gauge, Radius Gauge, Dial Thickness Gauge etc.

Force
We are performing force calibration up to 50000 Newton. Let it be compression force or tensile force; our load cell we can handle both.

Gas
Our gas calibration lab can calibrate any kind of Gas detectors available in market. Generally we are doing Multigas Detectors, Hydrogen Sulfide Detector, Oxygen Detector, Carbon Monoxide Detector, Carbon Dioxide detectors etc. We are regularly performing CO detectors calibration which are installed in the basement parking. We have performed the calibration of CO detectors in the basement of Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Atlantis the palm, RTA building etc.

Water Quality Measuring Instruments
We have analytical measuring instruments lab where we calibrate pH Meter, TDS Meter, Spectrophotometer (Chlorine, Iron & pH), Conductivity Meter, Salinity Tester, ORP Meter, Refractometer. We also doing the calibration of Chlorine & pH dosing systems in hotels, which is installed for the swimming pools.

RF Instruments
We are specialized for the calibration of Oscilloscopes and Function generators.

NDT Instruments
We are doing the calibration of NDT instruments like Ultrasonic flaw detector, Ultrasonic thickness gauge, Ultrasonic coating thickness gauge etc.

General Instruments
Other than the above mentioned instruments we are doing other general types instruments like Sound level meter, Thermo-hygro meter, Barometer, Illumination Meter, Irradiance meter, Densitometer, Level transmitters, Protractor, Bevel Protractor, Try square, Sprit Level, Master Level, Tachometer, Hydrometer, Stop Watch, Surface Profile Gauge, Hardness Testers, Anemometer, Balometer, Manometer, Magnetic Yoke, Pipette, Beaker etc.
